Eire we go?

I'm still trying to summon up some time (that does rather make it sound as if I can exert some influence over the space-time continuum, doesn't it?) to get this trip written up (down?) but this seems as good a time as any to do a wee bit...

I'm actually in the hospital, awaiting a knee operation so my trips in tbe van will be somewhat curtailed. Ever the complainer, despite the wonderful technology that allows me to blog in hospital, I must say the keypad is a bit fiddly.
